Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My clean beauty research started back in 2014 after I got an invitation from my sister. Never having heard that term, I got online and watched a couple of short videos.

What I learned shocked me and gave me new insight into questions I’d had since 2012 when I lost two friends, aged 35 and 41, within an 11-month period to brain cancer and lung cancer.

I had also watched my mom, stepmom, and aunt each go through breast cancer treatments and several of my dearest friends struggled with infertility and miscarriages.

My goal in this space is help you gain a better understanding of what “clean” means, so you’ll be empowered to make safer choices for yourself and your family.

Did you know:

  • It’s perfectly legal for companies to use harmful ingredients in the products we use on our skin every single day?
  • Many ingredients commonly used in the personal care industry have been linked to cancer, hormone disruption, infertility, and other health issues?
  • The European Union prohibits the use of more than 1,400 ingredients from personal care products while the U.S. has banned or restricted only 30 ingredients?

So, is it all doom and gloom? No!

I believe that when you know better, you do better.

Overwhelmed? It’s understandable. You want to find products that are both safe and high-performing. You don’t have time to be doing lots of research or reading ingredients labels. I’m here to help do that homework for you.
